Steve Aldridge

Steve Aldridge is a seasoned operational excellence leader, business coach, and the founder of AP Advisory, where he partners with organizations to drive growth, resolve systemic issues, and elevate team and customer experiences. With a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certified) and decades of leadership in service organizations, large and small, Steve specializes in cultural transformation and performance improvement through collaboration, strategic planning, and process design.

A proud graduate of Northern Arizona University, Steve earned his B.S. in Strategic Leadership, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He brings a deep background in
operations leadership and consulting, and a proven ability to deliver sustainable results in complex environments.

Faith-centered, mission-driven, and people-focused, Steve is a dedicated husband and a proud father, and grandfather. He and his wife reside in Saint Charles, Missouri, where they continue to invest in both professional AP Advisory and personal community-building.
